The Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Golf Performance Program is a comprehensive approach to golf fitness that aims to improve golfers' strength, flexibility, and overall physical conditioning. The TPI Golf Performance Program uses a combination of assessments, exercises, and drills designed specifically for golfers to improve their swing mechanics and reduce the risk of injury. The program is based on the belief that a golfer's physical fitness level is a critical factor in their ability to perform well on the course.

The TPI Golf Performance Program is divided into four categories: golf-specific movement assessments, physical screenings, golf-specific fitness exercises, and golf swing analysis. During the program, a TPI certified instructor will evaluate a golfer's swing mechanics, physical limitations, and fitness level to develop a customized training program.

The program can be tailored to golfers of all ages and skill levels, from beginners to professionals. By improving a golfer's physical fitness, the TPI Golf Performance Program can help golfers achieve their full potential on the course and reduce the risk of injury.

Basic Golf Performance Screen

The basic 30 minute session includes one golf performance screen and a home based set of drills through the myTPI app. 

Lite/Pro/Premiere Packages

These screens involved weekly or bi-weekly sessions with Cameron as well as a re-screen after 6 weeks.
